This patient and her husband presented a very common concern. Her teeth were becoming darker and she wanted them to be “brighter and better”. My first concern was with the acid erosion that has occurred on her teeth. After a lengthy discussion we referred her to a gastroenterologist. He located some serious concerns and she is currently under treatment. We went on to restore 18 teeth and give her the smile she always wanted. See the next few photos.
