Dental Implant

This patient has been coming to our Newport Beach Dental office for many years.  Several months before this tooth broke we recommended replacement and implant.  After a few months the tooth gaveway.  We placed an immediate implant at the time of the extraction of the remaining root.  We also veneered the lateral incisors and re-crowned the other central incisor.  We always want to be as conservative as possible however it is often necessary to treat adjacent teeth to get the desired results.
