Dental Implant Patient

This implant case in our Newport Beach, California office was very interesting not only based on the dentistry but also the circumstances surrounding the dentistry.  Susan’s lateral incisors were impacted and pulled down with orthodontics. Long afterwards her lateral incisors began resorbing from the outside in and required removal.  Under the care of another dentist she had implants placed.  Soon there after her dentist committed suicide and I inherited the case.  We place custom abutments on the lateral incisors and two all porcelain crowns over the abutments that match her central incisors perfectly. 5 years later her smile looks as good as can be.
