Amber came to us to have an old implant crown replaced.  She had a custom abutment and a new implant crown made.  Cases like these it is vital to not only look at the teeth but also the symmetry of the tissue.  It is not possible to make the teeth look symmetrical if the tissue level, thickness, and papilla are not the same.  Much of what we do surrounds making the tissue healthy and symmetrical.
